Three Grown Men. Three Tie-Dye Onesies. Zero Regrets.

October 9, 2026 · 1 min read

Three grown men. Three tie-dye onesies. Zero regrets (can't speak for everyone!).

Chip with his brothers Colin and Austin in tie-dye onesies at Arise Music Festival

This memory hit my feed. Arise Music Festival with my two younger brothers, Colin Smith and Austin Grimm Smith.

Here's what I notice looking at it now: Nobody is half-in. Nobody is wearing jeans and a t-shirt next to two guys in onesies. Nobody is standing three feet away hoping the photo crops them out.

That picture only works because all three of us committed.

The older I get, the more I think that's the whole thing.

Half-in is worse than out. In work, in friendship, in family.

My brothers taught me that before any deal ever did.

Whatever you're doing this weekend, go all in.
