Every homeowner has a list they never wrote down.
The filter you meant to change. The noise the furnace started making. The roofer who never called back. The warranty in a drawer somewhere. Maybe.
Nobody hands you a manual with the keys. You just become the general contractor of your own life.
I was thinking about that this weekend on a horse, driving cattle in Cottonwood Falls.
Nobody moves a herd alone. Every rider has a position. When it works, it looks effortless. It isn't. It's coordination.
Then six hours in the car home. Somewhere along the way, I built another website and a member portal.
Here's what came out of it:
Home Maestro gives your home one Conductor. Independent local pros do the work. Nothing gets booked without your okay.
The member portal preview is up:
• Send a request in your own words, with photos
• Approve quotes in one tap
• Follow the job
• Keep a home record: systems, warranties, shutoffs, and every pro who has worked on the house
Works on your phone. And if you'd rather just call or message your Conductor, that works too.
Founding members and conductors first. Piloting in St. Louis, with a waitlist open nationwide.
Your home doesn't need more pros.
It needs one place, and one person, holding the whole thing.
